Musica Motivation - Emeli Sande “Heaven”
The Brits may be on to something, they gave us Amy Winehouse, Adele and now Emeli Sande. The Capitol Records artist dropped out of medical school one year shy of receiving her degree to follow her heart and do music. Her voice pulls you in. Its soulful and has a truth to it when you hear the words. Its as if she singing from her soul, which is something that’s lacking in today’s lackluster pop driven music. Check out her debut album “Our Version of Events” now available in the US. Oh, and I can’t forget to mention that she has a great style. I’m digging this song Heaven and another called Daddy.

I’m Aiden’s mom before I’m Brandis and I fell in love with this song because of the beginning when she spoke of her son. There’s no feeling like having the love of that little person.

Ri Ri brings the heat in this video. She coupled the uptempo beat with caribbean/african inspired dance moves. This is the most we’ve ever seen her dance and she did good. She also looks amazing in a dark curly fro. Check the video out. I think its haute, do you?
